Relevant Experience
Since joining Catlett Law Firm in December, 1998, Mr. Michaels has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s practice. While maintaining a high volume caseload service a broad base of clients from general civil matters to complex commercial transactions, Mr. Michaels’ practice focuses on the firm’s representation of its municipal clients, including the City of North Little Rock, Arkansas, the City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission. As an integral member of the firm’s litigation team, he handles a variety of cases ranging from corporate disputes, contract actions, employment litigation, class actions, personal injury matter, and various land-use issues.
