RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Since joining Catlett & Stodola in December, 1998, Mr. Michaels has been involved in
all aspects of the firm’s practice.
While maintaining a high volume caseload service a
broad base of clients from general civil matters to complex
commercial transactions, Mr. Michaels’ practice focuses on
the firm’s representation of its municipal clients,
including: City
of Maumelle, Arkansas; Maumelle Public Facilities Board; City
of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Little Rock Municipal Airport
Commission; and, Perry County, Arkansas. As an integral member of the firm’s litigation team, he
handles a variety of cases ranging from debt collection,
defense and prosecution of eminent domain actions,
environmental litigation, employment litigation and various
land-use issues. Additionally,
Mr. Michaels’ research and writing skills have enabled him
to contribute to the firm’s appellate practice as well as in
the drafting of various legal memoranda.
