Biographical Information
S. Graham Catlett.
Mr. Catlett is the supervising partner of the Immigration Practice Group at Catlett Law Firm, PLC, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He assists clients in developing commercial, legal, and political strategies for their growth into domestic and international markets, including fulfilling their needs for international employees. His years of business development in Russia and Europe provide an extensive background for offering practical advice to businesses who need assistance to hire or retain international employees.
Paul Charton.
Mr. Charton has been at Catlett Law Firm since 2000. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Mr. Charton’s education focused on international and intercultural relations and his initial experience with immigration practice was in 1988 we he assisted the International Institute of Minnesota with refugee and asylum cases. He worked in Washington, DC from 1993-1999 before returning to Arkansas. While in Washington, he served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. Congressman Marion Berry, handling foreign affairs, trade, agriculture, and defense. In addition to his immigration practice, he has served as a part-time prosecutor and an active litigator.
